Shipping & Returns
Our products can be shipped Australia-wide. We do not currently ship to international customers.
All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (where stock is available, and if there is a longer timeframe you will be contacted directly). Orders may not be specified for delivery on specific dates.
AUSTRALIA POST:
NSW - METRO - up to 2 days | regional - up to 5 days
INTERSTATE - metro - 3 to 6 business days depending on lodgment and destination points | country - 7 to 9 business days depending on lodgment and destination points
Please note: Australia Post has advised that they are experiencing significant delays in postage as a result of network strain due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Shipping is not available to areas controlled by a total alcohol ban, such as legislated permanent alcohol-free places and ‘dry areas’.
We request that orders are signed for upon delivery but you may request for your order to contain specific delivery instructions. We do not accept responsibility for missing parcels where they have been authorised to leave unattended or without signature.
Where the delivery details supplied are incorrect or a parcel is refused by the recipient or the parcel is not collected from a post office resulting in an order being returned to us, you will be charged the fee incurred by us to redeliver your order.
Our flat rate shipping model does not apply to all products or to all locations – rates will be made available to you at checkout.
Please note that delivery is not temperature-controlled and so your order may not be delivered or stored at the optimal temperature range between dispatch and delivery. Prior to dispatch, we take all possible precautions to ensure our products are stored in optimal conditions to retain quality and freshness.
ARAMEX:
Delivery can be expected to Australian major cities within 1 - 6 days after the date of dispatch. Rural and remote areas may experience a slight difference in delivery times. Tracking can be provided as orders are processed.

Returns:
If you’re unhappy with any products in your order please re-seal it or put a cork in it (bottle must be at least 3/4 full), contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you with what to do next.
