1. The Wine Club supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Under Australian Law it is illegal to supply alcohol to minors or to anyone intending to supply to minors. By entering this site you acknowledge that you are over 18 years. Any orders shipped must by law be signed for by an adult. By using our retail services, you agree to comply with these laws and regulations. For online deliveries, each state and territory in Australia has its own liquor laws and regulations. By using our online bottle shop, you agree to comply with the liquor laws and regulations of your state or territory.

1.2.1. New South Wales (NSW): The Liquor Act 2007 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in NSW. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Maximum penalties apply.

1.2.2. Victoria (VIC): The Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in Victoria. It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).

1.2.3. Queensland (QLD): The Liquor Act 1992 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in Queensland. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Maximum penalties apply.

1.2.4. South Australia (SA): The Liquor Licensing Act 1997 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in South Australia. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Maximum penalties apply.

1.2.5. Western Australia (WA): The Liquor Control Act 1988 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in Western Australia. It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises. Maximum penalties apply.

1.2.6. Tasmania (TAS): The Liquor Licensing Act 1990 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in Tasmania. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Maximum penalties apply.

1.2.7. Australian Capital Territory (ACT): The Liquor Act 2010 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in the ACT. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Maximum penalties apply.

1.2.8. Northern Territory (NT): The Liquor Act 2019 regulates the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol in the NT. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Maximum penalties apply.
